The Ford Focus was the best selling car in the country in 2004. It was therefore a bold move for Ford to introduce it's replacement whilst it was at the height of it's popularity.

The New Ford Focus is in every way a new vehicle. It is not a "facelift" on the old model. It is a new shape, slightly wider and longer and it incorporated a lot of new ground breaking technology. At the moment there is the 3door, the 5 door and the estate car versions available with the 4 door to follow shortly.

When it comed to a choice of transmissions, we've created something special too, with the brilliantly conceived new "durashift" CVT transmission. Designed to let you switch between fully automatic gearshifting and sequential manual gear selection with seven forward gears, it offers the best of both worlds with none of the drawbacks.
