The Ford Focus was the best selling car in the country in 2004. It was therefore a bold move for Ford to introduce it's replacement whilst it was at the height of it's popularity.

The New Ford Focus is in every way a new vehicle. It is not a "facelift" on the old model. It is a new shape, slightly wider and longer and it incorporated a lot of new ground breaking technology. Innovative thinking has led to the development of further thoughtful and accessible features, including a solar reflect windscreen, rain sensing wipers, key free system and headlamp delay headlights that stay on long enough to guide you to your door at night.
