 Servicing your Ford car has changed. No longer do you drop your car off first thing in the morning and pick it up at night, (unless of course you want to) but we will give you a fixed time appointment.
When you arrive for that appointment you will be met by a "service advisor" who will put your vehicle on a lift and inspect it with you.
This is an opportunity for you to tell the advisor of any concerns you may have and for the advisor to tell you of anything that may need doing either now or before the next service.
A quotation will be given and a time for the collection.
You may either wait until it is ready (the shops are just round the corner), have a lift home or if you have pre-booked it, use a courtesy car.
