Burns Garages Ltd., the premier Ford Main Dealer in Congleton in Cheshire, have been appointed the exclusive Mountune agents for the area.

Mountune is the only performance madification approved by Ford and which does not affect the manufacturer's warranty.

The Mountune Performance Fiesta 1.6 Ti-VTC engine upgrade is designed specifically for installation by Ford dealers whi have the diagnostic equipment to reprogramme the engine control unit with the appropriate calibration.

The 140PS performance upgrade,for Zetec-S, S1600 andTitanium 1.6 models consists of a high-flow air induction system, a high performance exhaust system including a high-flow catalyst and tubular manifold. 1 or 2 new Hego sensors (depending on the model) and recalibration of Ford's 1.6 litre Ti-VTC Sigma engine to produce 140PS at 6750rpm and 170NM at 4250rpm. The boostin power reduces the standard 0 - 60 from 9.9 seconds to 7.9 seconds.

These upgrade4s do not affect the vehicle excise duty because they are fitted after registration of the vehicle.

Mountune Performance have tested the upgrade on numerous laps of the famous Nurburgring as well as over many miles of driving in this country.

the 140PS kit comes with a minimum of 12 months, 12000 miles warrant and does not affect the manufacturers warranty. It can be firred to any 1.6 Ti-VTC mark 7 Fiesta, new or used.
